NEW PATIENTS:

New patients are accepted only by referral. We do not accept self
referrals. Please request your referring physician ( MD / DO/ DC) to
complete the above mentioned Consultation Request Form and fax it to us. We
will contact the patient within 24 hours on business days, and an
appointment could be made within 1 to 7 business day based on availability
and urgency. Same day appointments are available with Dr. Thiyaga for urgent
patients. However, spinal procedures, if needed could be done only after
insurance approval, on the next business day. Spinal procedures are not
done on the day of consultation. A formal consultation is needed to
discuss benefits vs. risks of any procedure, prescribe pre-procedure
medications and stop some medications that may complicate the spinal
procedure.
